I stayed with mg family - wife and 2 and 3 yr old kids.The property was well kept and conveniently located within the old town. The host was amazing and very accommodating. He gave us a hand with our bags upon arrival and was very responsive in his replies before and during the stay. He gave us lot of tips to enjoy Heidelberg. He even allowed us to stay beyond the checkout time since our train to Paris was in the evening.

Excellent location with easy walk to Altstadt

Place is a bit tired. Need new linen and more deep cleaning.

No lift and no microwave

The location is excellent. The host is polite and available.

Broken chairs, no wardrobe, no coffee pods which is disappointing.

The location is good, close to the old town. 2 rooms for 3 people, space is big.

No lift, not so friendly for travelers with big luggage.

Great location, a few minutes away from the old city and close to a bus stop for those without a car. The apartment is very spacious and has everything one needs. The host was very welcoming and showed me around.

The apartment is situated near a busy street. With the windows open, it can be quite loud at night.

The representative that met us with the keys only spoke German and we are from the U.S., we did not understand what our instructions were for when we checked out. We left the keys on the table, sure hope that is ok.

The chairs on the balcony were broken, difficult to seat all visitors.

Flat was spacious with great cooking facilities, fab shower and a balcony looking over Heidelberg Old Town and Castle. It was a great location, just a minute walk to the beautiful Old Town with lots of restaurants, bars and shops
