Natur und Neckarblick bei Heidelberg

Quiet location in a cute little town.

The only view is from a window in the bedroom if you lean out. You could only see the river from the terrace if you stood up, due to overgrown plants. Not worth the climb and stairs to get here in my opinion. There were two single beds pushed together with sagging, uncomfortable mattresses that caused a crevice in the middle and little sleep. The kitchen utensils were odds and ends and the towels were small, old and threadbare. I could not find an air conditioner despite saying there was one. Very disappointed after reading other reviews. Wish I had not booked two nights and wasted money and time from our trip here.

Communication with the hosts was excellent and location great

Very nice flat in this beautiful village, all information accurate and up to date, be view and cosy terrace.

Nothing to complain about. Make sure to pack only the essentials as the flat is uphill. For us not a problem and only added to the charm.

The views from the apartment were stunning. Everything we needed was there. We would come back to Germany just to stay this property.

Right in the old town of Hirschhorn, compact, lots of little rooms, has everything in it, bedroom, sitting corner, kitchen, bath, easy self Checkin, good value for money,

Beds were too soft with two mattresses on top of each other, overall plenty of space but small individual spaces

We have been travelling down from Aalborg in Denmark using the railways and have spent nights in various locations booking at the last minute, apartments, air B&Bs and camping. This was a bit of a detour from our intended route but we are so glad to have found this place. The area is the most beautiful we have experienced on our trip, with a castle and other historical buildings, I can imagine how this place may have been in days gone by. The apartment is very comfortable, has an excellent bathroom, dining / living room with a solid fuel stove, a kitchen and amazing views across the river and the forested hills beyond. There are many restaurants in the town, just a couple minutes walk down the hill and whilst we cooked our food at the apartment they all looked very good. There is a good supermarket fairly close also. I would highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying in the area.

The little appartment is perfect for a couple. With it’s stunning location in the middle of the old center, it offers you a unique place to stay. The appartment is very cosy and immediate feels like home, with a decent wooden stove and all te facilities you need. We really loved it!
