What a fantastic place to stay, the facilities are a home from home. Every convenience was supplied, you would be mad to not stay here. I felt at home straight away with the open plan layout separate bedrooms and excellent shower.

The owner, Lisa, was gorgeous. My two grown up children stayed there as they were attending a wedding 3 miles away. Sadly my Mum and I were unable to join them as my Mum was poorly. My two children got there very late after travelling up from London and Lisa really looked after them, even providing them with some food and prosecco and was so kind and lovely. They were so excited to tell me all about Lisa, her accommodation and of course, the lovely wedding. We would all love to come and stay when Mum gets better as it sounded so lovely.

There was nothing. From what the kids told me, it was absolutely perfect.

Located close to the Wedding Venue that I was going to. Very helpful host, and a lovely welcome, with local foods and a bottle of Prosecco.

Despite connecting to the Wi-Fi, I couldn’t get a mobile phone signal so felt a little vulnerable.

We brought our own cereal as was unsure what expect but was nice to have milk put in fridge view was beautiful really enjoyed our stay even if it was a short stay would love to come back for a longer stay it was very comfy and clean the extras were much appreciated thks for a warm welcome

Don’t think there was anything we didn’t like

Flat is comfy, clean, warm, well-appointed with great facilities, a VERY nice collection of stuff on arrival (prosecco, milk, bread, teabags etc.). Lovely big garden shared with the main house. Friendly, helpful, respectful hosts. Walking distance from a delightful, cheap, friendly pub with good pub food (the Sebastopol Inn; you should go).

Garden has a beautiful pond with no railings - which was fine for our two kids as they are old enough to know not to go too close, but perhaps not perfect for really new toddlers.

Host is very helpful & quick to communicate. The location is perfect. Bedding is good quality. Host kindly moved one of their cars onto the road to accommodate our second car

Bathroom being accessed via main bedroom was a surprise & inappropriate for our group. I booked on my iPhone & got an a revised description that excluded this info. Access to the covered rear garden is also thru the main bedroom. This is also limiting. Freezer would be helpful. And if I’m really picky, if you walk on the carpet in socks, the carpet actually hurts your feet.

The spacious, nicely decorated apartment, the welcome gifts of biscuits and Prosecco.

The hob/oven was a little difficult to operate.

An elegant, stylish and comfortable home from home with a lovely kitchen. The food hamper provided included some delic Lincolnshire produce. The local pub was very friendly too.
