The location of the hotel was very convenient, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

The experience was let down by cleanliness issues. The toilet had a strong unpleasant odor, and the bed sheets also had a bad smell, which made the stay uncomfortable.

The location is convenient to both Interlaken Ost and West railway stations. Very clean and quiet room. Check-in instructions are provided with a package link for all the information we need. The communication is smooth and efficient.

The location is quite central ; right in the city centre and walking distance to all activities.

The apartment was lacking some basic amenities like microwave in the kitchen, some cling wrap/ aluminium foils, no shampoo in the bathroom. It was an effort to assemble the sofa / bed and it was not comfortable including the pillows were totally worn out. Should have been a Mirror in the room as the only bathroom mirror was not sufficient .

The location is perfect. The apartment is small but fits for a short stay. Hosts were helpful to allow us to do an early check-in.

it's in good location between Ost train station & West Interlaken train station. Meaning made us easy go to several interest beautiful places. Also shops, restaurant, laundry are in the walk distance. Kitchen full equip with other good amenities. The room is tidy & clean.

Great location, 2 minutes walking distance from the main street, but still on a quiet place. Very close to everything. Nice balkony where we enjoy our breakfast watching dozens paragliders flying above the ciity. It was useful to have special free parking place for our car next to the house. Owner also gave us free guest card which provide some discounts on trips to numerous excursion destinations throughout the entire region.
