Arriving at midnight in Interlaken proved tricky, even with Google Maps. Thanks to Mr. Philip's recommended taxi driver, finding the place became manageable. The self-check-in took a bit, being my first, but the effort was justified upon entering the apartment—absolutely stunning. The real magic unfolded the next day. The view from the window and the snowy balcony were simply fabulous. Philip's assistance added a nice touch. Compared to other Swiss stays, this one topped the enjoyment charts. A hidden gem for anyone seeking adventures in the Jungfrau region. The fabulous 2BhK with good kitchen, we really enjoyed our first few days in interlaken with this amazing property.

The laundry facilities were great and the video to show how to locate was very helpful. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s perfect if you are on a self drive holiday. If you come my taxi it will cost 18 CHF. Don’t make the mistake we did and assume you can get a taxi on the day you check out. The bedrooms are comfy. Kitchen has everything you need.

Very disappointing after paying 1,500 CHF to not have any tea bags and a simple milk sachet. After a very long of traveling all we wanted was a cup of tea. Despite mentioning we needed both beds to be made up, only 1 bed was made. 1 towel (poor quality) each was not enough for 5 nights - again, paying 1,500 I expect at least 2 towels No air con. Only 1 fan on arrival so didn’t sleep much the first night.

Philip the host was very helpful. There was a great washing machine and drying room. The apartment was even better than we expected. The location was great.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Near to restaurants and very quite neighborhood

The apartment is situated in a quiet location, but within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. It's spacious, bright and uncluttered, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Everything was immaculately clean.

On the whole we had everything we needed, but one small addition would be useful - more hanging space (eg hooks in the bathrooms, a clothes rail in the top bedroom).

The rooms were big and spacious, feels like home, clean with modern amenities.

Laundry room was not very convenient for us..but I guess we are just used to have it inside the property. No big deal.
