Jungfrau Views Apartment

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The host had kids toys, a high chair, and crib to make it feel like home for our 18 month old.

Set in a great location. The property was cozy and clean.

Not totally baby friendly- baby gates would be nice

Booking.com had misleading information. It said 1 additional bathroom but there was only 1. Pointed it out to the host immediately and she acknowledged and shared that booking.com team has been informed. I had shared well in advance that it is a party of 7 with 3 kids so having 1 bathroom only in between us was not something that we had not planned. Booking.com team needs to do better. I had never faced such kind of issues with AirBnB- they make sure that what they list on the website is same as what you see on ground.

This property is very quiet and clean, we spent two nights there and had a very good time! The owner prepared welcome chocolate and free bus tickets for us, so it’s sooo convenient to take a bus everywhere in Interlaken area. Highly recommended!!!!

We walked most everywhere we went but the bus stop was conveniently just around the corner. The location was nice and quiet.

The sliding frosted door on the bathroom that could not be locked when someone was in there. With 3 different couples staying, we had to be careful to ask if anyone was in the bathroom before entering!

The apartment is spacious, featuring three bedrooms and a generous living area. Despite my preference for firmer mattresses, I found the beds to be comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, and basic spices for cooking are provided. Additionally, coffee capsules are available for purchase at a nominal fee. Conveniently, there is a Coop grocery store just a two-minute walk away.

It's worth noting that while the apartment has its charms, it may not suit everyone due to certain features. During our stay with young children, we found ourselves constantly chasing after them, as there are numerous stairs inviting climbing adventures. The short door frames often resulting in bumped heads. The entrance is notably narrow and winding, necessitating leaving the stroller in the car. While there is only one parking spot available, the host kindly allowed us to use her parking space, albeit a 7-8 minute walk away. The heating relies on mobile radiators, which initially concerned us but proved to be effective. With only one bathroom and toilet, accommodating seven people could sometimes be challenging. Additionally, its proximity to the kitchen and its thin, slidable glass door made privacy an issue, particularly if someone left big thing in the toilet.

Everything! Especially the kitchen, it’s very well quipped for nights that we wanted to stay in and feast!
