"Amazing Kandersteg place"

Nice apartament in very nice location, just 10 minutes walking from center. Big bathroom, big kitchen. Hosts very nice, the checking and checkout was smooth, with the detail instructions and keys in a locker.

"Ghost host"

Good location and clean apartment.

The apartment was good, but the host did not bother to see if everything was fine.  She wanted to charge us 200 euro for the use of 4 large and 4 small used bath towels which we had to use for five days and there was no washing machine in the apartment. She finally charged us 100 euro for the towels + 80 euro for the tax for 5 days for four persons.

Plenty of space, lovely and warm, comfy beds, ideal location, very helpful and knowledgeable owners, great shower, good kitchen - superb value. Cosy and and comfortable.
