Basic apartment, good value for money! Kitchen fully equipped.

No sink in the bathroom. Could not get the TV to show any chanals (only Youtube).

It was a beautiful renovated apartment, however the pictures you see here does not meet the actual situation in the apartment. Somewhere along the way it suffered from a flooding from a ceiling (among other things), which left certain marks on the floor, walls, ceiling. The place needs a renovation and attention. Also, it woud be great if the owners in a good faith could add some stuff for those potential guests, who are planning to use the place for their stay (such as, but not limiting to - better knives, a coffee / tea, as we didn't had any of those). If you need a place to have some rest (sleep) and you are not using any personal transport, then this place could be an appropriate choice to stay.

Storage area contains stuff which probably shouldn't be there (it shouldn't not be available for guests); We saw a single cocroach in the kitchen; Bathroom is not the most comfortable or well-thought; shower needs an appropriate cleaning; Knives would benefit from sharpening; Cutting board was inappropriate. The owners were polite (Thank you for that), however a bit intrusive (understandable, but uncomfortable for us as a guests).

Excellent location, within walking distance of shops, shopping center, cinema, fast internet.

It is very noisy at night from passing cars on the street. An uncomfortable bed for two. A screen banner is installed on the building across the street, which constantly changes the color of the advertisement at the night and because of this, the room is light, the curtains on the windows could be more light-permeable.

when we visited after the former tenants, we found unwashed dishes, but everything was fine in the apartment itself.

we found a few cockroaches in the bathroom.
