Месторасположение

При заезде, не оказалось ключей на месте, долго не брали трубку, но потом ответили и сказали ждать. Ждали 40 минут. Когда зашли в квартиру, то там оказались двое пьяных мужчин, они были злые и хамили. Пришлось вызвать полицию. Оказалось, что у них тоже бронирование но с другого сайта. Из-за стресса мне стало плохо с сердцем и отвезли в больницу. Там я и провела ночь.Хозяйка бросила трубку, когда услышала об инциденте.
