Full 1 bedroom apartment, not a studio, so separate bedroom with separate aircon. Apartment doesn’t have balcony but this was clear before coming. - I could live here - highly secure in apartment with lockable draws with provided keys as well as safe unit. - amazing view - landlords super helpful - super powerful aircons - loads of amenties - refrigerated water dispenser - fully stocked kitchen (rare for holiday apartments) - very homely feel - friendly security - very nice urban area

- Could use declutter. Needed to remove landlord possessions to fit my clothes in some draws. - Aircons can be loud on low setting but they’re so powerful, just the living room one is enough to keep the bedroom cool. - Apartment building technically has curfew at 10pm but I’ve since learnt that’s the whole city has that from 11pm. Apartment seems to turn a blind eye most of the time. Landlords also pulled some strings. - I paid 400 pesos for parking but I turned up with no notice. This is the building rate. I believe if I’d ask Dr. Guevara in advance he would have sorted it.

Everything was excellent. No complaints. Excellent communication with the host. Excellent location. Everything needed is located inside of this spacious condo... Even an iron! Very clean. Air-conditioner in living room and also in bedroom. Wifi is great and fast.

It is in the center of davao, all the areas are accessible. Staff are friendly and safety is superb.

No parking, except for a fee (400 pesos daily for motorcycle). I was denied use of swimming pool & gymnasium on a Sunday. Aparently only for residents on this day, even though these were completely empty.

The location of the flat was exceptional, all you need to buy are within the vicinities, Dr. Guevara was very accomodating from the time you booked to the time you checked out, the flat was complete with all the necessary utensils you need . If your saving money you can buy and cook food for yourself. Staff are very accomodating. The view of the flat was also great since it was on the 23rd floor.

The only hiccup in the stay was the room A/C , it was not giving the enough coldness needed for the room during the time of our stay, however a fan was available which was sufficient enough to aid our sleep and stay. Nontheless the it was a very good experience .
