"Clean,modern, excellent location. perfect 10/10"

Very clean, very modern. Amazing location, only 2/3 minutes from the main hotel and the city centre. Next to a lovely park. shops are very close by. there is an amazing restaurant called Gubernator(number 1 restaurant in Daugavpils according to trip advisor) the restaurant is literally 10-20metres from the front door. is soo convenient. the host was very friendly and accommodating. I will try to stay at this place again when I’m coming back in October. This place is perfect for one or two people.

"Scam"

Host doesn't check reservations. Doesn't answer to messages. When we arrived and called him, he just shouted Russian swear words at us for 2 minutes straight. Doesn't speak a word in English. We couldn't get into the reserved apartment, and didn't want to after the call. Lost money and got no refund.

the location is very central, and the appartment is spacious, there even was some tea and some dry food to make breakfast! and the host is super friendly, we forgot a cardigan, and he amicably offered to safekeep it

Место разположение очень хорошее, тихо, трамвая с улицы не слышно. Отзывчивые хозяева, встретили передали ключи по времени как договаривались. Вквартире достаточно тепло. Есть все самое необходимое.

Заходя в квартиру присудствует неприятный запах сигаретного дыма (хотя указано что курение запрещено), есть посторониий запах в ванной комнате. Очень мало посуды.Самы большой минус, матрас. очень мягкий и проношенный. лежа чувствуються все пружины.
