Nice location, nice bathroom and kitchen. Very friendly host and I liked the bottle of wine at arrival.

It is a BED and Breakfast. Sorry to state this, but the bed, the primary reason for booking a B&B, is of a minor quality. Yes, it has a lift to raise the head-part, but the entire bed construction isn't sturdy and of minor quality. The matrass isn't comfortable and the pillows weak. The bed is on wheels so if you turn, the entire bed moves and squeaks. There are two separate beds put next to each other, there is always a gap in between so you can't sleep in a diagonal position for extra comfort. Not even thinking about sleeping here with a partner! (unless you don't like to cuddle up ;-) ) The nice bathroom, very friendly host and the fact that it is at a water-front, doesn't compensate for the bad primary reason of existence.
