Incredible property- not only was it a beautiful home in the most convenient location, but the host was very accommodating and kind. The amenities were perfect for our needs- we had zero issues.

A pool would have been nice either way the summer heat. But we knew there was none when we rented!

Unique

No ice maker or water to drink. Coffee pot was dirty. It was loud with the exposed pipes and heaters, etc.

The beds were comfy. Breakfast is not provided; but the kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea and a full set of cookware, so I was able to make my own coffee every morning. There was also a refrigerator and dishwasher so cleaning up afterwards was easy. The location was awesome (just down the street from the art museum) and parking was included. Loved the artwork on the walls!

The only negative was the lack of formal stairs and/or a railing to the entryway from the parking area. Currently, there are garden stones going down an incline versus formal stairs and no railing. This can be a bit of a safety hazard when one is carrying a suitcase, depending on the shoes one is wearing.

Great location and close to lots of fun things to do. Very eclectic 50s crash pad vibe!

Back steps down to basement room entrance are not great in the dark.

Beautiful house. We rented the lower level. Very quaint and fun.
