Super große Wohnung, sehr sauber, hat an nichts gefehlt! Super liebe Gastgeber, haben immer geholfen und Tipps gegeben was man so machen kann. Sehr zentrale Lage und in Kitzbühel alles wichtige fußläufig zu erreichen. Immer wieder gern bei der Familie buchen

Fin lägenhet med gott om plats. Väldigt trevlig värd som välkomnade och kom med tips.

Det enda minuset är att balkongen vetter mot en parkering

Well furnished with a well stocked kitchen. Spacious and superb location. Very responsive and friendly hosts.

Boot room was a little cramped.

The location was excellent. Ski rental shops on the doorstep and the hannekahn gondola 3 mins away. 5-minute walk to town. Tina was brilliant and quickly responded with restaurant recommendations and other useful information. The apartment had plenty of space for our small family.

Unfortunately the bed sheets and pillow cases are very worn and the apartment was hot and stuffy so we did not get great sleeps, but I am sure this will be addressed for future guests.

- Excellent value for money (for Kitzbühel) - Location unbeatable: a few steps from the Hahnenkammbahn, train station, ski bus, ski rental upstairs and a few minutes to the center - The Schichtl family is extremely friendly and are immediately available if there is anything - The apartment is spacious, equipped with all amenities. - The beds were a bit soft, but we slept well on them. - The view of the parking lot, the railway line and the mountains is lively (if you leave the window open at night you will wake up in the morning, with the window closed it's no problem only a bit warmer).

- The ski room is more of a place in the basement where you can put your skis and boots. Not easily accessible via the (slippery) spiral staircase and also just not enough space for our family of 4 to put on and take off your ski boots together. - The shared areas and the kitchen have a somewhat dated appearance, but everything works fine

The host was very kind and friendly. She provided detailed information and instructions for our stay before our arrival. When we arrived, she greeted us at the property and showed us the flat. Throughout the stay, she was very responsive to our queries. The flat was conveniently located right above a ski shop and a 2-minute walking distance from the main gondola station.
