the apartment and location are fine, cleaning was done fine.

The air-conditioning/heating in the bedroom did not work and the mattress is so soft it sags — we couldn’t sleep properly. We reported both issues the same morning; the staff and manager were informed but nothing was fixed during our stay. On top of that, getting an invoice was a nightmare: it took 12 reminders and almost half a month before the invoice was finally issued, and I had to escalate to Booking.com support. Overall a very disappointing and time-consuming experience — would not book again.

Sehr freundliche, serviceorientierte Gastgeberagentur. Ich bat beispielsweise um einen Staubsauger, der am nächsten Tag zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Probleme mit dem WLAN wurden innerhalb weniger Stunden gelöst. Die Sicht aus dem Apartment ist wunderbar: auf das Meer und den Strand!

Das Apartment liegt direkt am Hauptplatz von El Medano mit Kinderspielplatz, Treffpunkt der Musikanten und Wohnungslosen in Teneriffa. Einigermaßen ruhig schlafen kann man nur zwischen 1.00 und 7.00 Uhr.. Tagsüber ist das lebendige Treiben kein Problem, aber die Nachtruhezeiten waren uns zu kurz.

Perfect location for everything in El Medano. Amazing view of the beach, market etc. This is our favourite apartment 😀

Unfortunately, the price is becoming too high for a one bedroom apartment.

The property was located at the center of El Medano and next to the beach, so the view from the terrace is amazing! The apartment is clean, cozy and comfortable. The host is super friendly and helpful, so really nothing bad about this place, I can only recommend it!

Very centrally located apartment, great for people watching and convenient for all bars, restaurants and shops and of course the beach

Just an observation re the balcony. If there were 4 people and you all wanted to use the balcony it would be a very tight squeeze as it is small
