Klimaanlage (auch wenn sie etwas laut ist), Badewanne, Betten, gute Lage zur Innenstadt. Sehr viele Lichtschalter...

Keine Abdunklung möglich, schlecht ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt zwar einen Geschirrspüler, aber Geschirr ist abgezählt. Für ein Appartment sehr wenig Küchenutensilien. Kaum Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung, keine Hänger, keine Haken für Jacken. Kein Besen oder Staubsauger, selber Ordung halten war dadurch nur eingeschränkt möglich. Trockner vorhanden, aber kein Wäscheständer für die Kleidung, die nicht in den Wäschetrockner darf. Insgesamt ein gutes Ferienappartment, aber die grundlegende Ausstattung sollte verbessert werden, um längere Aufenthalte für Familien zu verbessern.
