"Worth it for the price and location"

The place was clean, had hot water, water bottles in fridge, dishes and silverware in the cupboard, supplies in the bathroom, and the ac worked great. The host left the keys for me, checkout was simple, and I would utilize this space again if needed.

My main complaint was that the bedsheets smelled SO strongly of fragrance. It was off putting. The bed itself was not the comfiest, but it worked for one night. There were three spiders in the corner of the bathroom, but they were daddy long legs I think, I don’t mind. Just FYI. It’s Florida though, we have bugs. Also, there are three residences in this one house, so parking was a bit tight. That could be improved greatly.

Place was very nice, it served our needs perfectly! We wanted something close to the airport and this place worked out well. The unit is attached to a home and in a neighborhood which is unique, we wanted something other than a hotel. It was quiet and felt secluded.

"Excellent base for exploring Gulf Coast"

The apartment was really clean and just perfect for our needs. We felt safe there and because of the low cost we were able to enjoy many activities during our trip. The shower was really great and the towels were great quality.

"Disappointed"

The location was central to our activities. Looks new or newly remodeled. Kitchenette was well stocked with full fridge, hot plate, dishes, ice trays. Good a/c.

The place only had one bed even though the listing said two beds which is a big reason why I booked it. When I asked the host they said they removed the sofa bed awhile ago and supposedly updated the listing but we were not notified. The written description still says 2 beds. They didn’t offer to do anything to accommodate us or rectify the situation. Lots of tiny ants inside. The shower didn't drain. Parking is crowded with 3 units in one house.
