Det v inte städat och tvättmaskin fungerade inte tv med. Men de kom fixade efter 2 dagar

La ubicación es perfecta, está a 100 metros de la playa, muy cerca de cualquier servicio que necesites. Tiene ascensor, el aire acondicionado funciona a la pefección y la vivienda está bien equipada, aunque acusa los años logicamente. La cama principal tiene un colchón espectacular y del sofá cama no obtuve queja, así que bien. Cuando llegamos la cerradura estaba rota y no era posible usar la condena de ésta, solo tirar de la puerta. Avisé y al día siguiente cuando llegamos de la playa ya la habían arreglado, muy atentos y rápidos. La cocina está completamente equipada y el frigorífico funciona muy bien, parecía nuevo.

La única nota negativa, tal vez mejorable (quizás no sea posible de ningún modo por que escapa al control de la estancia o la empresa que lo gestiona) es que a vivienda contigua se alojan extranjeros, muchos, ruidosos, hacen fiestas y dan hasta miedo, la puerta de su vivienda se habre con código y alarma que se oye en todo el edificio, eso ocurró el viernes y el sábado por la noche a partir de las 0h (estuvimos una semana), una pena por que salvo el comportamiento incívico de esos vecinos el lugar es muy muy tranquilo. No estaría mal que booking preguntara también por los vecinos, que aunque injusto por que escapa al control del propitario, me parece un dato importante de cara al confort del lugar.

The location was the only good thing about this apartment.

We arrived to find the shower broken off the wall & laying in the bath. The kitchen , no work areas , to prepare food , kitchen extremely small, basic thing that you would expect, such as a dish drainer , a t towel, wasn't there. Not enough towels for 2 weeks.very bad lighting in kitchen & bathroom. We had booked for 2 weeks, but after a week, we decided to leave, as our stay there was having a big impact on our holiday. The apartment is very tired & in need of updating.

Location is ideal for los boliches and the beach, flat had everything for a self catering stay, comfy bed, living areas good and agents were great, cleaners done an excellent job 👍

Only problem I encountered was the shower head does not attach to the bathroom wall and kettle trips electric out so could not use😒

The location is fabulous, with plenty of good restaurants and bars.

The apartment is very tired. Kitchen door handles are broken. The bedding is too small for the bed. The wall mounting for the shower is the wrong size for the hose. Therefore, not usable. We reported two urgent faults by e mail as no telephone numbers in the apartment were obtainable, and no response was forthcoming despite re sending our complaints many times.
