"Top Lage"

Die Lage ist top, 100 m zum Strand. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock und es gibt keinen Lift. Für ältere Personen nicht geeignet.

"Top Wohnung in bester Strandnähe"

Die Schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos. Die Tiefgarage liegt komfortabel unter dem Platz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Vermieterin steht stets für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. In der Wohnung findet man bei Ankunft Wasser, Bier und Frühstücksgebäck zur freien Verfügung. Das Meer und der sehr schöne Strand sind nur knapp 100m entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es unzählige Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Trinken. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich direkt im Nebenhaus. Imen, die sehr nette Vermieterin, hat uns unkompliziert die in der Wohnung vergessenen Jacken per Post zugesendet, dafür sind wir sehr dankbar.

Die einzige kleine Einschränkung ist, dass die Wohnung im 3. Stock liegt und man muss 45 Stufen ohne Lift steigen. Sonst kann man nichts kritisieren. Es war alles super.

"Great apartment"

Really comfortable, had everything we needed and everything worked perfectly!! Good location just one block back from beach. Small supermarket and bakery next to apt.and minutes away from the many restaurants and bars. Great communication from host

Only reason it didn't get a 10 is because there is no elevator which will not suit some people

The location was perfect, 1 block from the beach, near bars and restaurants and supermarket, bakery and everything you need within a 5 minute walk.
