Nothing absolutely disgusting!

Cockroaches, dirty, stinks, broken furniture, dirty unsafe shared court yard with messy loud neighbours, rude staff that yes did put us in another apartment but then demanded a large extra payment the cost kept changing I’ll also note that originally when they offered us the other apartment they said it would only be about a $20 difference but would contact us the next day for payment they didn’t contact us till we were well and truly settled in and then the price jumped up to $145 then to $167 then to $197 they couldn’t work out the price after speaking with some local people they said it’s a regular thing and believe it’s a sort of scam. The staff got threatening when I refused to pay the extra as I said that’s not what we agreed on and if the first place was safe and clean we would have stayed there but it was DISGUSTING! they then rang and harassed me nonstop for the entire holiday we ended up just leaving and going to a safe and amazing hotel that really looked after us. For me this has been extremely hard I have multiple disabilities including autism, and CPTSD/PTSD among physical and other disabilities I was on holiday with my support worker and fully licensed assistance dog only my second ever holiday and they ruined it completely and I am terrified to go away again our plan was to do South Australia next year but after this experience I’m not sure I will have the confidence to try it. Please do your self a favour and go elsewhere DO NOT Trust RBR Holidays at all and this unit is disgusting. There was no way I was going to be paying them any extra and the amount they wanted being only on a disability pension was a lot of money if anything I think we should have been given a refund or compensation. I have reported this to Booking.com who have said they have had many complaints about these people but they don’t get back to them so hopefully booking.

Really great location for the family. Love that the pets were part of the family too.

The walls are quite thin - lots of noise heard from neighbours and I’m sure my kid made her fair share of noise too. Fortunately they were families too and everyone was quiet from 8pm onwards so always quiet for night sleep.

Thanks for the time to submit feedback regarding this place. This place looks no way near what it's advised. The stuff moved me to another house. Where I stayed for a week. Then I had to move to another house where I had to pay an extra 2400 dollars. I would like to share some of the pictures that I took from the house and think I should've had to pay that extra money. So I would really like someone to make contact with me and would like to know if I can get some of my money back what I spent on the second home I had to stay at.

It was close to the beach which was the whole point of the holiday.

No power points in bedrooms. Bathroom door doesn't lock. The highest fan speed on the two ceiling fans are slower than the first setting on normal ceiling fans, so basically they do nothing. Walls are paper thin. You hear everything next door and from above. Table and chairs outside weren't really usable, infestation of ants in them and the overhanging tree from next door leaves it open for droppings. Had to buy a powerboard, two extension cords, two fans, and mattress toppers for the single beds. The blankets smelled like pee, don't think they get washed.. Not only is there no wifi provided, but the overall internet reception on your phone is non existent. We had to walk at least 10 metres outside to use our own internet. Oh, the second "bedroom" isn't even a bedroom. It's an entry with 2 single beds in it.

Location, was great walking dogs around the beach areas.

The furniture was so uncomfortable and the noise from other occupants was ridiculous. The place is in need of repair.
