Super clean! 100% satisfied with the tidiness. If you have a car, do not stay in Surfers Paradise. Just 15 minutes drive out of the city center, you will find this lovely, spacious, comfortable and super tidy accommodation with a very affordable price! Great value!

"Not far to National Parks n Gold Coast"

The one bed granny flat was self contained and had two hotplates, a microwave and a washing machine. We liked the fact that there was a sofa and small dining table in the lounge and a separate area for a study table. There was also a nice undercover area outside where you could sit around and relaxed looking at the rear garden and a small pool.

Unlike most accommodation we've been in, tea and milk were not part of usual supply. However, I was given some promptly after asking, this is more of a point to note rather than a complain. One thing though, being downstairs you would be hearing walking noises from upstairs, especially early in the morning when all else was quiet. Otherwise all good.
