Great location. Kids loved the path across the road and being so close to the beach.

Mouldy smell in the bathrooms and bedrooms.

The location was fantastic! The apartment was also a good size.

I think that for the money, not supplying linen or even salt & pepper is a bit cheap.

Had everything we needed. Great location only a couple of minutes walk from Greenmount, Coolangatta and Rainbow Bay beaches as well as great cafe’s and restaurants, malls while still feeling local and laid back. Plenty of space, good kitchen, easy parking in the basement garage. Kids enjoyed the pool a few times but was a little cold in late September still.

Bathrooms need a bit of TLC

"Good apartment, room for a little TLC"

Location was good, good underground safe parking. Nice 2 bedroom unit, quiet.

Whilst everywhere was painted clean and fresh, a few cosmetic details let it down. Grubby curtains, broken toilet seats, no handle on shower door. All easy fixes, but came across as unkempt.
