Location, pools, BBQ, layout of accommodation

Had trouble checking in ...wasn't clear where the office for key pick up was...finally found it and tried to use the key safe out the front...it gave me a key and instructions for the wrong place...yes I had someone else's keys...I had trouble contacting staff at gold Coast holiday rentals and when I finally did I was directed to put the key o had back and told how to get my key. Once at the accommodation it wasn't clear what room we were in...I found a cleaner who kindly rang and had me on speaker while she asked about our room no. The gold Coast holiday rentals staff member was extremely condescending....she didn't know I was listening...it's the second time I've had to deal with gold Coast holiday rentals through Booking.com and if I knew it was through them I would not have taken the apartment...my first experience with them was very poor and this one was not good either.
