Very spacious, nicely laid out, close to beach and other facilities

Position was good, unit well appointed

Invasive, time consuming and complex check in process. Attitude of hosts to the problems we had with the unit. The front door lock battery was flat on the second operation of the door and during our stay there was a power outage tripping a circuit beaker. The lock was an hour long fix and we had to walk in the rain to the Real Estate office to get a resolution, we were met with a defensive attitude and never a word of apology. Same with the circuit breaker trip, immediately tried to put the blame on us by suggesting we had plugged in faulty appliances. The whole building had lost power during the day and had caused the issue. Never a word of apology.

Position and cleanliness was great, as was tea and milk ice available. Foil and gladwrap ere very good to have. great outdoor furniture for alfresco dining. The actual building facilities were also fabulous.

Small thin towels and not enough toilet paper as ell as not enough garbage bags or soap for our 6 day stay. Achise lounge would have been nice on the bedroom balcony.

The location was amazing, close to restaurants, transport and the beach. The apartment was much bigger than we expected which was great for our family of four. Hotel facilities were amazing and we made use of most of them. I think the best thing was the view, each room had either a view of Surfers Paradise, the mountains or the beach.

The only negatives we could find was there was no arcade games room which our kids were looking forward to (pictures in the ad). This was not a big deal for us.

The communication was very professional from booking.com and the accommodation was fantastic, a great location and most of all very clean. I would definitely use booking.com again.
