"Departamento muy bien preparado para una cómoda y agradable estancia"

Es un departamento remodelado muy bien ubicado con todo lo necesario para permanecer varios dias.

Al parecer la tv a pesar de ser smartv es muy antigua por lo que fue imposible ver canales por streaming.

Gut gelegen, gross, sauber. Zutritt super einfach.

Es roch leicht nach Rauch. Ausstattung eher billig. Wendeltreppel wackelig. Es wäre nett gewesen, wenn die Wohnung etwas geheizt gewesen wäre.

L’appartamento è molto carino, arredato con gusto e ben tenuto. Pulizia impeccabile e posizione ottima, che permette di raggiungere il centro facilmente a piedi. Nel complesso soggiorno molto piacevole.

Unica nota negativa: le istruzioni per il ritiro della chiave non erano chiarissime e la comunicazione via messaggi è stata un po’ altalenante, a volte molto rapida, a volte con più attesa.

Geräumige schöne, saubere Wohnung in guter Lage!

Die Wohnung scheint zwar gut geputzt, jedoch nicht mit Instandhaltungsarbeiten in Schuss gehalten zu werden. Der alte Geschirrspühler hat kaputte Rädchen, man kann ihn schwer befüllen. Nach dem Waschgang tropft Rost auf den Boden. Die Küchenmöbel sind fragil, die Bodenleiste nicht befestigt. Die Küche ist minimal bestückt, kein scharfes Messer, wenig Besteck. Die Duschbrause ist verkalkt und die Aufhängung defekt. Die WC-Spülung funktioniert nur halb.
