Sentosa Place

Lovely setting, great pool.

There were no swimming towels, shower soaps, water on arrival. We were sent a message on arrival what to bring which was obviously too late. After travelling we had to go shopping for water, tea, etc. No one really booked us in and we had no instructions when load shedding was, where to leave keys on departure. The cleaners were hurrying when we arrived at 2pm and the lady left after apologising.

location is good, property is spacious and got a big potential

we arrived for a single day and found that the pool was under construction. we were not notified about this in advance and no warning tape surrounded it. luckily, we arrived at day light, avoiding injuries, but disappointed it was not working. towels and sheets where quite dirty. we got explanations for our complaints and later got compensated. still, we were upset

I liked that each outside bedroom had it's own bathroom and Smart TV. The house is clean and each morning we were greeted by the wild animals grazing in the garden. The boys enjoyed swimming in the clean pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The accommodation was excellent - the bedrooms are separate, arranged around the pool area and the main kitchen/living room is shared. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. The Estate that the house is on was a pleasant surprise, with wildlife areas and lovely routes to walk, cycle and drive. I would definitely visit the Hoedspruit Estate for longer in the future. It is a good base to visit local wildlife estates, HESC and other attractions. We used it as a stop off to recover and stock up between stays at bush camps and entering Kruger via the Orpen Gate.

The property is super beautiful and clean

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Communication and follow-up excellent.
