Mahtava sijainti, hyvät pysäköinti tilat myös peräkärrille.

Pieni pintaremontti alkaisi olla tarpeen, TV:n voisi myös päivittää DVB-T2 aikaan. Pikku juttuja, tjlisin milellään uudestaan.

Huoneisto oli ok perussiisti.

Pienellä vaivalla huoneistosta saisi paljon viihtyisämmän, esim laittamalla luontoaiheisen ison taulun sohvan yläpuolelle. Samoin pöydän viereen seinälle.
