"Not good for elderly. The apartment is overheated during summer. Should at least put a fan in the living room."

Proper kitchen - important in swiss as it is too expensive to eat out

No lift to level 3. Stayed for 4D3N and no house keeping. Requested for daily change of towels and throwing rubbish but only came 1x.
