Mario is excellent! Responds to any question promptly. Near the train station, and Bus stop

Not sound proof. Near coop and you here the truck delivery and staff talking early in the morning . No AC , we had to open the balcony door and you hear all the cars and people talking

The trip began with a friendly reception by Mr. Mario who came to orient us around the property. He was friendly and warming. The room was spacious with everything that you could need.

Nothing that went wrong. Even had a fan for us to use.

Great location with easy parking. Accommodation suits for those who want to just use place to refresh and sleep so they can explore Switzerland. We stayed as family of 4. Clean and basic utensils provided Kitchen really tiny, but we managed to cook a meal. Good bathroom size, good tv and wifi. Mario replied to messages quickly and gave clear direction to find the apartment. There are so many halal places to eat for Muslim travellers. Everything is walking distance. Would recommend.

Great location, one minute walk from the information canter, restaurants and grocery shopping, few minutes a walk from Interlaken west train station. Kitchen appliances, dishes and fridge were all new, room was very clean

Very close to the back of grocery store, if you are sensitive to noise might interrupt in the mornings

Great location. Terrace was a bonus. Kitchen amenities great.

It became hot on the day we were there,and a single pedestal fan between three of us wasn't enough.Windows too were locked except one which opened over a noisy road,so it became stuffy.If improvements can be made on this,this is a fantastic place.

Location,location, location . We are a family of 4 with my children being 18 and 22 yrs old. Queen bed for us, bunk beds for the boys ( who though not excited about the bunk beds slept well). Lots of nice eating places close by and a supermarket less than 50 yards away. Very clean and absolutely wonderfully updated amenities . Microwave lacking but for the size of the apartment it is wonderfully equipped . The weather was great August 7-9th so no need for air conditioning but a fan is available . The patio is nice and practical . Wifi was great and TV although not needed is updated with all the apps like prime , Netflix etc . Completely private and quiet. A suggestion to future visitors , I like Interlaken OST better than Interlaken West(closer to the apartment ). Interlaken OST is about. 10-15 minute walk from Interlaken West and have many better bus options and all trips go through OST anyways

Everything is amazing, I stayed there with my family, it’s a very cozy small apartment good for 4 people, very cute terrace and it’s very convenient to go anywhere because it’s in the centre, grocery store and the bus stop from anywhere is near.

Mario was an azamazing host, allowing us to leave luggages before check in and after check out time. Also he helped moving all our luggages up in the room. The room was very clean, nice and we loved every single bit of this place. Loved the balcony, free coffee capsules, beddings!!

The water from the shower booth leaves the booth very slowly.
