No breakfast self catering. Poor management of car parking

Poor car parking management. Very few adaptors for I-phones, but was rectified. Garden wanted tending.

Équipement et ameublement rudimentaires, chaises branlantes, et les pires matelas que j’ai jamais vu dans un airbnb. Très mal dormi

10/10 i have nothing to complain about our stay at CityChalet because it was so amazing!!!!! The best stay we had throughout the trip and the view from the unit is cheff kisssss. Only 5-7mins walk to Interlaken west station and reachable by bus to go to so many attraction places. If you stay here, please have a morning walk around the property, across the bridge bcs the view there is just so amazing. Matt also was very kind to us and he is such a good host! There are so many shops, restaurants as well around the area so its super convenient.

L'emplacement était fabuleux. Très calme et on entend l'Aar ce qui donne un charme supplémentaire. La communication avec les propriétaires était agréable et tout était parfaitement en ordre

Tout s'est bien passé mais de recevoir les instructions de comment les clés vont nous être transmis à la dernière minute (30 min avant le check-in possible), ce n'était pas très agréable. J'ai demandé à arriver 30 min plus tôt, on m'a dit que ce n'était pas possible. J'ai toutefois reçu un message 30 min avant pour la passation des clés et indications que mon appartement était prêt 30 min avant !

Responsive hosts, clean & spacious chalet, beautiful garden, and perfect location! Highly recommended.

The bed, bedding and wifi were pretty poor quality

พักที่นี่ 4 คืนไม่มีโอกาสพบเจ้าของเลย จองพักทั้งหมด7 คนแต่ให้อุปกรณ์อำนวยความน้อยเกินไป โดยเฉพาะกระดาษชำระในห้องน้ำไม่มีเพิ่มให้ต้องหาซื้อมาเพิ่มเองซึ่งสิ่งนี้ควรมีสำรองในที่พัก แขกไม่ต้องร้องขอเพราะพักหลายคืน ตอนแรกคิดว่าเจ้าของที่พักจะเก็บขยะเป็นรายวันปรากฎว่าพัก4 วันไม่เก็บขยะในห้องน้ำให้เลย ส่วนขยะห้องครัวเลยใส่ถุงวางหน้าบ้าน ไม่จำเป็นต้องมาทำความสะอาดให้แต่ควรจัดการกับขยะ หรือควรแจ้งให้แขกทราบว่าต้องทำอย่างไร
