"Great Apartment, Helpful Friendly Staff"

New comfortable apartment. Everything works, location is good. Very happy with it. Our family of four shares 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Security is good and staff was helpful and very friendly. Will definitely stay here again when I come back.

Not much to complaint. The shower leaks out a bit of water from the shower area but not an issue. Otherwise, everything works well.

Very nice apartments in a central location. Thomas was wonderful at checkin showing us to our apartments and providing plenty of information. Really easy to communicate with the hosts.

Our host was very kind super helpful guiding us through the check-in process, and showing places to visit in the Interlaken area. She showed the entire apartment in detail. The host is very accomodating of our check-in and check-out times based on our travel timings. Just take note of the latest check-in time before planning your arrival! The apartment itself is well-equipped, and very contemporary compared to most options in the area.

Soundproofing is somewhat lacking, but to be expected.
