Apartment by Mario

We loved the location and the apartment very much. Our host Mario was so helpful in every way. Recommend staying here without a doubt. Thank you Mario!!

Mario is a very friendly and approachable host, very quick to respond to our queries. The location is close to the tiwn centre. The building is very chatacterful. It's also very useful to have guaranteed parking at the property.

Everything was fine.

Very convenient location, the landing area for paragliding is just a minute away, 10mins walk to grocery, west train and bus stops, Mario is very responsive to our requests.

The location is a short walk from both West and OST train stations. There are buses that bring you to OST,, it's free with the City Guest Card. Mario is very responsive

Location is easier to access

Old and small room for 3 persons . Lighting system of the facility is not friendly especially in the evening where the corridors are left in pitch-dark. Main entrance is installed with light sensor but lite up upon access into main lobby, which need key to unlock.

the room is small but is enuf for small family wif 3 persons....all facilities is there...the location is quite convenient to go anywhere...

I was deceived by the high rating.

1. After publishing my review (you are now reading the edited version), the owner of the apartment wrote me an extremely unpleasant and offensive message on WhatsApp. 2. The owner forgot about my request to prepare two beds for us. We had to wait for him for about an hour and a half for him to come with bed linen and prepare the second bed. 3. The apartment was not as clean as the owner promised and as I asked him to be. There was dust on the clock, window frames, closet, door frames. This led to a slight deterioration in my and my wife's health. My wife is allergic to dust and its components, and I have a disability due to a bronchopulmonary disease. I think the situation would have been much worse, but fortunately we spent very little time in the apartment. 4. The apartment is very small. This was clear from the photo, but I did not think that the space would be so small. 5. There is a great lack of surfaces on which you can put something, hang it or place it. 6. Problems with the water heater. You will not take a hot shower with good pressure. The hot water will run out in 5 minutes. If you are very economical, then the hot water will be enough for one person, the next will have to wait until the water heats up again. 7. The sink in the bathroom was completely clogged. The water barely flowed out.
