El apartamento en sí, era amplio y bastante decente.

No te avisan de ciertas cosas hasta que ya has reservado, como hayas reservado sin cancelación estás fastidiado, no te avisan de tamaño de perro admitido, y otros datos hasta después de reservado. No hay nada de nada en el apartamento, ni friegaplatos, ni estropajo, ni bolsas extra para poder tirar la basura, ni escoba, curiosamente recogedor si... Me gusta dejar todo limpio cuando me voy, pero en este caso he tenido que comprar yo el material necesario.

El personal muy amable, la casita súper limpia

La única pega que pondría es el tema de los animales, porque nos tocó una pareja que dejaba al perro en el apartamento y se ivan, y el animal no dejaba de ladrar hasta que volvian.

La zona es tranquila en invierno.

Por la noche se escuchaban los ruidos de las personas en apartamentos no contiguos. Apartamento muy vacío, una habitación sin estantería ni armario y baños poco equipados, solo un pincho adhesivo para colgar la toalla de manos y nada para otras toallas, falta equipamiento para vivir comodamente.

Efter at have booked, ville jeg gerne have information om indtjekning da vi ville ankomme sent. det ville Befree først give når jeg havde betalt, hvilket jeg havde garanteret via booking. com. så forsøgte jeg mere end fem gange at betale direkte til Befree på det link de sendte mig. Det virkede ikke. så sendte jeg dem mini oplysninger på mastercardet. det reagerede de ikke på. På ankomstdagen var jeg nød til at tage på hotel for jeg havde stadig ikke fået oplysning om indtjekning og evt nøgle afhentning, og vi kunne jo ikke stå kl. 22-23 på gaden og ikke vide noget. Book aldrig dette sted. Og jeg forsøgte at få hjælp at Booking.com, men her er der ingen telefon til kundeservice og ingen svar i de spørgsmål man kan finde svar på på Hjemmesiden. Så aldrig mere vil jeg booke på booking.com, selv om jeg er Genisus 2 medlem.
