Enipnion Apartments

After clear instructions re: where to park our car and how to reach the property, we easily found it. Unfortunately, I hadn't seen Yiannis' messages while I was driving, and he was patiently waiting for us at the reception. We immediately felt very welcome, and he even gave us a bottle of wine as a gesture of hospitality. Then, he showed us our apartment, which was just great: a spacey bedroom, a kitchen, sofa, and spacious bathroom - and a wide balcony on the street side where we sat both in the afternoon and evening. Shutters make the room completely dark, and in this quiet neighbourhood, silence is all but guaranteed so we had a very good sleep. Close by, there is a bar and a restaurant, and a short walk downhill brings you to a bunch of restaurants near the river. All in all, a very commendable option for your stay in Kakopetria.

Love the place. Personally I would remove the bath tub and just have a nice shower there, but other than that the place is charming. Don’t forget you’re in the mountains so in that setting this place fits perfectly. The town centre is a pleasant 5 mins walk in the town’s most beautiful street with lots of cute cats/kittens, some nice bars and lovely houses. The owner is very kind and made our stay even better

Like I said, the bath tub feels a bit old/small. Just remove and get a nice shower instead (will make it easier to keep the floor dry :))

Beautiful setting in the old town with mountain views. The extras in the room, a bowl of fresh fruit and fresh flowers a nice touch. The family owners were very helpful and understanding.

It was unfortunate they were hosting students and we had to share a terrace therefore not suitable for our needs. We had hoped for a quiet time there. Also there was a cobbled incline up to reception without a handrail.

Host was welcoming and attended quickly to our needs. Location was perfect, in the old town. Apartment was well-equipped and bed was good. Comfortable seating area outside. Free parking just outside the old town.

Bathroom was very tiny and the apartment did not have a lot of natural light coming in. Bed had very pointy corners (similar colour to floor) sticking out, so we both ended up with some shin bruises. A lot a tourists/people pass by, so if you sit outside, it's not private, which wasn't a problem for us. However, some noisy people pass by during weekend nights, so best to keep windows closed if you want undisturbed sleep.

It was a very charming place and nicely located.
