Very peaceful

This place is just magic, and it was a gift for my soul. It's not just the house and the kindness of the landlord and the cleaning lady but also the nature, the garden, the flowers everywhere and the silence you can experience there. I loved it and I hope I can be back here soon.

Great location in nature, very quiet and calm.

Equipment could be definitively updated, installing dishwasher can save water and time.

amazing views, especially during sunset, warm swimming pool, equipped kitchen Wish we've had more time in this place, honestly.

really, a very minor detail: just having bedsheets without the duvet would have been nice during summer

+ being in the middle of banana plantation and hearing the ocean! + bed was comfortable + once we have reported problem with warm water the reaction was very quick (at 11pm!) + phone calls were always called back unless answered directly + layout of the apartment was very good + apartment downstairs (the one we’ve had) was better than the one upstairs (penthouse) + internet connection was stable and working was possible) + good restaurants nearby + secret passage to the beach

- the toilet was only accessible from bed room - for one pair irrelevant, but for more news to be taken into account - as we arrived there was no warm water in both apartments (3&5, down & upstairs) - it should have been check prior our arrival - messages on booking.com were not responded - phone calls were often not directly answered, but always called back (+) - equipment of the kitchen could be completed a little (each wine glass was different). In our apartment booked for 2 persons were 3 wine glasses in apartment 5 (penthouse) booked for 3 persons were only 2 glasses.

A wonderful place perfect for a dream vacation. The finca is located in an extremely beautiful place. You are surrounded by nature and can enjoy it in peace and quiet. The hostess is cordial and will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. You get precise instructions about your stay. You feel taken care of and at the same time have a lot of privacy. Thank you for waiting for us even though our flight was delayed! The apartment is equipped with everything you need. A private path (it's worth being in good shape) will lead you to the most beautiful beaches on the island, among lush plants and in the company of lizards. However, it is worth remembering that you live in the countryside, so there may be insects and other charms of this type of place. Come here only if you value peace and nature over the comfort of large hotels. We had a stay better than we dreamed of. We really want to go back there. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The location and surrounding countryside is fabulous with easy access to the national parks for walking. Good local restaurants and within nice walking distance of main town Puerto del la Cruz. Apartment parking off street was very useful.

Pretty basic facilities, the shower head was loose from wall and needed to be hand-held, toilet roll holder falls off wall, expect better- some basic maintenance needed! We didn’t meet the owners during our visit.
