Wszechstronny, dobrze wyposażony, garaż, blisko do przystanku autobusowego, blisko sklep i bary. Dobre miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania północnej części Teneryfy. Cicho w nocy.

Niewielkie braki w wyposażeniu, część została szybko uzupełniona. Pralnia na poddaszu - to niewielki minus.

Estuve intentando acceder al apartamento y fue bastante complicado y no me dejaron entrar hasta las cuatro cuando llegué a las 9:00 de la mañana y se lo notifiqué con muchísimo tiempo antelación casi cuatro meses de que iba a llegar súper temprano y estuve dando vuelta para que me abran el apartamento y cuando fui a abrirlo, no se podía
