Stylish and Spacious Launceston Villa plus Free Wifi

Good location, easy access, ample parking, everything working.

Few small maintenance items - bathroom sink blockage, toilet seat loose, bathroom doorlock not working, rusty iron parts. Some cobwebs outside, open junction box.

Cleanliness

We were told the property has 3 bedrooms as per the advertisement. When reaching the property, it was only 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and the other two beds were actually a converted sofa in the living room where we had no privacy. This made it difficult for us to use the kitchen and cooking as the order filled the living room. This property is not at all suitable for 6 people, especially couples as there was only 1 bathroom. It is falsely advertised, and even the photos were giving false information.

Everything. Great pantry stock too! We had a car so location only a short drive from town. Not sure how it would be without a car though.

Great communication during the booking process to check out. Clear and easy to follow instructions. Generous amount of complimentary food in pantry. Comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Sofa beds may be a little tight for full size adults, more suitable for children. Clean and spacious property with personal parking bay. Laundry facilities were fantastic. Great choice for family stay in Hobart. Highly recommended.

Long way out of town

My family and I had an excellent stay! The villa was exceptionally clean, comfortable and provisioned. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Launceston.
