- a spacious, clean apartment - a large, comfortable bed - well-equipped kitchen (but a dish drainer would be nice) - very nice and hospitable hosts, family atmosphere

- thin walls - you can hear people on the first floor quite loudly - a few minor things should be fixed in the bathroom (door handle, handle above the bathtub) - unattractive yard
