Spacious Coastal Apartment in a Colorful Community - NRP22-00590

Ok so i came down from the Bay Area to go to a funeral and meeting my fiancé. This was both our first time driving an electric car. So the drive down was an experience alone. So when we arrived we brought all our luggage in and settled down. About 40 minutes to unpacking and pouring myself a mimosa I was alerted that the neighbors were complaining about the noise level. So now i see we have to whisper as if its a retirement home but i called the host to inform her we would keep it down then she said i only said it would be 2 occupants during booking but i had to remind her that i was very clear it would be me my fiancé and my 2 adult kids with me. Also the noise was us bringing our luggage in and unpacking. Next my daughter sat a bag on the bench and it broke along with the tissue handle in the bathroom so not only do we have to be quiet but don’t touch anything because everything in the house is fragile. However the host was understanding and I appreciated that also the master bathroom toilet handle was broken and couldn’t flush as well we had to wait to the following day to get it fixed and host sent the maintenance man to fix it. Besides that the location is five stars and the apt was very clean

The place is very fragile and ppl complaining about noise that cant be avoided its an Apartment complex

Door Lock Code did not work - but got immediate support

this property is very close to the beach, a short walk to the groceries store, an ok walk to restaurants and a short drive to the outlets mall

bathroom doors had no locks, we’d prefer no perfume diffusers

Personal preference- the washer/dryers were supposed to work off an app, but they didn’t. I’m sure it wasn’t the fault of the apartment owner.

Great apartment, very clean and cozy. The host is really nice and responsive. We loved it.

Easy access, it was near restaurants and bars, walking distance Felt like you were home and the place was clean and well decorated!

They supply a garage for a car and a 2nd for tandem parking. we had 4 cars due to meeting there but parking was sometimes hard to find nearby, this is not a deal breaker the place outweighed parking issue!
