Lakeside At mallacoota

The location was excellent, close to shops, the lake and boat ramp. Parking was easy, close to the room and felt safe. The room itself was roomy and tidy, but a little dated with some damage to walls but didn't affect our enjoyment of the place at all. The property manager set us up in a lakeview room that was amazing to sit on the little deck and watch the sunset and kangaroos in the morning.

It was completely self contained, very clean, the property was well kept and clean, the owner very friendly, clear instructions. Except for the live music I enjoyed staying on this property.

I was looking forward to a quiet evening, however around 8pm a live band started up next door and continued, with breaks, until 12 midnight. It was extremely loud, making listening to my own choice of entertainment difficult, and definitely not able to sleep. I was not aware of this happening, granted it was Saturday evening, but I would have appreciated a notification of this possibility before booking the room.
