Great location, great space and open plan kitchen, dining, living area was great for our group to socialise and queries were responded to promptly

We ran out of toilet paper, we didn’t have any kitchen roll and nothing to detail any FAQ’s about property which would have been helpful, such as WiFi passwords etc.

Fab apartment for a large group with great social space for pre-drinks / breakfast. The bathrooms were well thought out for the amount of people. We were able to walk to the restaurants, bars, train station but if wearing heels, it would be a taxi ride. We had a few issues with the heating on arrival but the staff were fantastic in talking us through and sending someone out to have a look for us. All was resolved quickly. Although we did a food shop, there is left over tea, coffee, sugar from previous groups so no need to buy. If anything was needed there was a shop just across the road. The parking was secure and lots of space.

Communal area was great space for our group and kitchen facilities were great for self catering Location is also really good and close to city centre

The security system was tricky to manage but we got there in the end Extra linens, more mirrors and better lighting in bedrooms would be very helpful especially for a large group of women!

no mop brush and didn’t know how to turn heating off and on

The room and location was really good. Very spacious and ideal for big groups. Decor was cool and the heated floors were amazing. Good host who went out of his way to help us with the parking.

Bathrooms didn't lock which was an issue with so many people. Nowhere near enough crockery, cutlery or glasses for the amount of people on the booking. Nothing to sweep the floors with. Some of the furniture was broken and had been poorly repaired which meant it couldn't be used. Beds & sofa beds weren't the best and the cark park is very small, however the host was great and came and helped us get all our cars on. I would suggest letting the host know prior to arrival how many cars you have as there is another large accommodation in the building which also uses the car park.
