Stunning 2 bed apt with free parking close to CC

Everything about this place met my expectations. Location was excellent as it was very convenient to grocery shop (Sainsbury), pharmacy (Savers), restaurants and bus stops. Happy to find the place clean and well maintained. Loved the big windows that provided great street views and waking up to beautiful sunrise. Check in instructions were communicated clearly and had no issues at all. Sara, the host, was very attentive, understanding to my needs and responses promptly. Apartment is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Same issues raised by other guests that should have been resolved. Namely pillows and the stained sofa

The location of the apartment was great which had two spacious bathrooms with plent of towels, the kitchen was clean and lovely.

The apartment was very cold and took forever to heat up due to electric heaters. The shower head and position could have been better due to the bathroom becomimg a wet room after showering, the state of the sofa had stains on it and required a clean. The pillows could be changed for fuller, comfortable ones and for the mattress to have had a protector on which made me question the cleanliness of it.

Location of property was superb. Just opposite a large Sainsbury's, with Starbucks and Costa fewer than fifty steps from the property entrance. My son even got a quick hair trim at the barber's opposite the property. The property was comfortable and cosy for the short time we were in Manchester to watch Man Utd. Sara is a lovely and efficient host who kept in touch with clear instructions on how to check-in/out.

A small supply of teabags and a few mini toiletries would be a nice touch for arriving guests. That said, a quick visit to the shops downstairs got us what we needed.

Very spacious and fully equipped apartment right upstair of a bus station, the view from living room is nice too

very nice apartment, not in the center but well served by public transport and in less than 20 minutes you are in Piccadilly Gardens. The two bathrooms are a plus for groups or families
