Fantastic view from the apartment,could not be better with sunrise and sunset welcoming you every day.Apartment has all you want to spend great time at Gran Canaria,plus share swimming pool outside the building Great location,quite neighbourhood,close to shops,restaurants,hospital.

Best sunrise view, area top when you want to be near all party, but in quiet area. Few stairs to quite beach with dark sand, 10 min walk to more comercial yellow sand beach. Parking ok in not high season, owner respond super (no problem) for that money super (cant wait 5 star hotel).

Bed only 140 cm breight and super soft matrace. Gauch super long what you dont need. Change that man and it will be 100% ok.
