About 20min. walk from the beach, safe parking, calm street with 30km/h speed limit,modern apartment with good facilities,clean rooms and quiet. Great value for money.

Looks like the area is going to be developed in the future, like many sites in Spain masstourism is taking over.

Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything. Enough towels and toilet paper. Every day our trash was taken away. I really recommend this accommodation for everyone who doesn't want to spend too much money. Only the location is far away so I recommend having a car or at least bicycle. The view on the mountain is perfect.

We loved the modern apartment. The view on the mountains from one of the bedrooms and leaving room was so relaxing.. The location was very convenient, close to our favourite supermarket and beautiful Melanores beach.

Easy check-in with pin code and key box. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Calm area and always room for parking. Big closets with hangers in both bedrooms and a well working AC. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Very easy to hear the next door-neighbours through the bedroom wall, recommend sleeping with ear plugs. A bit of sand on the floor is to be expected since this is carried by the wind from outside, and probably a bit from the AC as well. I've heard from permanent residents who also struggle with sand getting into the apartement from outside, so not much to do about that.

"Nice property with good views but I wish they would invest more in cleaning during the stay"

Easy check-in using a door code. Also, the apartment door has a locker box which you can use to store the key in case you share the apartment with multiple persons.

I had a hard time convincing the host to provide an extra set of towels after 5 days. Also, no cleaning services during a 10 day stay.
