Agradable, familiar, tranquilo

Entregaron tarde el día del check in y bloquearon la puerta de la habitación 1 hora antes de la hora señalada en booking para el check out, al comentarle a la recepcionista, me dice que no importa lo diga booking que la hora de entrega es a las 12 m y que vaya y recoja rápidito las cosas.
