Celý apartmán bol krasny, čistý a dobre vybavený. Z vedĺajších apartmánov nebolo počuť ďalších hostí, takže sú byty dobre odhlučnené. V okolí je možnosť využiť viaceré lyžiarske strediská. Mitterbach je celkovo veľmi pokojné miesto.

V lokalite je problém nájsť reštauráciu, sú tam tri, ale nie vždy otvorené. Ubytovanie je pri hlavnej ceste a oproti je pumpa, cesta však nebola veľmi frekventovaná.
