الشقة ريحة الغاز والطبخ طالعه + مكيف الصاله عاطل وتم اخبار المسؤال ولم يبدي اهتمام القماش الخاص بستر النافذة الخاصه بغرفة النوم وقعت على الارض وتم تصويرها وإخبار المسؤلة ولم يبدي اهتمام كذلك

Localisation.

Poor communication with the staff – no one spoke English. After we left the apartment, they didn’t want to help us retrieve the items we had left behind. Once we moved out, all contact was lost.

Good locality and price.

The stray cats brought a homely feel to the complex & other residents were friendly, helpful & welcoming. Apartment was spacious, tv & kettle which was handy.

The security guards were temperamental mainly due to a breakdown in communication/language barrier. They weren't very nice to the stray cats either which wasn't pleasant. Confusion when the apartment we booked was changed half hour before our check in. Unable to contact by phone & incorrect WiFi password provided after we finally gained access to the apartment (1 hour later) All the beds have hard mattresses which aren't comfy. Bathroom hot water doesn't always work in the evening. Pools are unclean & cold as the sun doesn't reach them due to the high building walls. Cafe Fede was a saviour with delicious food & great service just outside the main gates.

The check-in was very Smith and the apartment very cozy. The location was step away from the corniche, highly recommended specially for families
