La struttura è immersa nel verde, sulle alture a 20 minuti da Momenvasia. Ci ha accolto il proprietario, un signore dai folti baffi bianchi, che parla poco inglese ma è molto disponibile. Dalla struttura in 30 minuti si raggiunge l'imbarco per l'isoletta di Elafonisos.

La strada per arrivare è un po' tortuosa.

Fantastic place. The property is of a high standard - it has two air conditioning units, so it was warm even in winter, and it's very spacious (large bedroom, large living room, kitchen, and bathroom). The kitchen is well-equipped. There's a shower with several spray options. Luxurious, and the price is affordable, even for one person. Access is via a mountain road, but very safe and convenient. Parking is easy on site. The owner is helpful and communication is seamless.

The only negative: WiFi is supposedly available, but it didn't work (there were some technical issues, so it's worth checking before arrival). If it weren't for that (and I needed it for work), I would have given it a 10. However, the owner was very helpful.

We had a great stay at this small, modern apartment in a very quiet mountain village. The location is exceptional, with a stunning view of Monemvasia island from the terrace. The access road is narrow and mostly one lane, without guardrails, but there is virtually no traffic and it felt safe to drive. It is important to arrive prepared, as the village is very small and has no shops or restaurants. A restaurant shown on Google Maps does not seem to operate, at least in the off season. The apartment itself is new, clean, and very well equipped, with hot water, two air conditioning units, and everything working perfectly. The hosts, who live above the apartment, were extremely kind and welcoming. The only minor issue was that the Wi Fi did not work during our stay, but we did not report it and used mobile data instead. Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly return.

La plaque électrique positionnée sur le four faisait disjoncter tout l’appartement. Cela a disjoncté à chaque fois que nous avons essayé de l’utiliser. Il faudrait la changer ou la retirer pour plus de sécurité. La connexion wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien. Odeur d’humidité dans les placards de la cuisine.
