VILLA SEVI

This is the outmost budget accomodation in Greece. Right 50 steps from the beach, spacious, well fitted, it was everything we needed for a nice 12 nights children included holiday. Owner, Dimitris, and cleaning lady, Toula, have made a very good impression and are dedicated and sensible people. Air conditioning working perfectly, Sunshades excellent. Small kitchen equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Please, undestand, this is not a 5 star accomodation, is prepostorous to ask for change of sheets and towels and toilet paper every day, the guys are doing it anyway every 3-4 days and it is good enough. We would definetely come back.

Property.s own backyard is very small (you dont really need it since the beach is really 50 meters away) and it is not for people who really want privacy, the balconies of the rooms, which are an excellent spot to spend time, are very close. At the end of the day, it really comes down to having common sense neighbours, and thats not up to the property, but it is something worth considering.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and big enough, it was very comfortable. We had great communication with the owner. I highly recommend it. 10/10 😇

Villa Sevi is in a great location, only 2 minutes by foot from the beach, a lot of shops nearby, and a great mountain view from the balcony, which is perfect for the morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. The room is spacious, the kitchen has all it needs.

The second single bed was really uncomfortable. We were 4 girls, and all of us tried to sleep on it, it felt like sleeping on the floor. The rest 3 were comfortable and nice.

Close to beach, quiet place great for family with children. I recommend people to try it out.

Very close to the beach

The property is situate very close to the beach and also there is a restaurant near. The rooms are big and spacious. You have a mini kitchen with all that you need inside. The air conditioning is working very good and also a plus is that it has a terrace.

The major problem was that is was not clean. Cleanliness is not a convenience or a luxury. When I arrived I had to clean everything, from the floors to the bathroom and the fridge. The sheets were changed once in 8 days and then I received them dirty. They were changed later after I reported the situation. But there was no discussion about changing towels or getting toilet paper. I was told that if I need something, a lady is from time to time at the location to ask here. I don't think it's normal to buy my own toilet paper or garbage bags. It's the first location I've had to buy trash bags. When it comes to the cups and cutlery, you could see that they were washed superficially, so they also needed to be washed again. I am very disappointed with the care and cleanliness with which this location was presented.

I have reserved also for my friends who have a 2 year old son and their review is: The bathroom was very dirty, we had to clean and disinfect it again. It was just as dirty on the floor, where we had to wash it twice to be acceptable for a small child walking barefoot. the sheets were changed 1 time in 10 days, only the sheets, not the towels or to receive sanitary towels, which we had to buy. The climate gave off a pungent smell and we had to clean the filters, allergens that are not at all good for a small child to inhale. The wifi is very bad, almost non-existent. In general, no one from the property came to clean or provide the minimum necessary.
