- Communication with the host is very quick and helpful, she is very nice lady. - Daily free water, amenities (coffee, soap, toothbrush, toilet paper, ear sticks, shampoo). - Room simple, nice, it was clean, water pressure good, heater good, AC works, bum-gun good.

- Bed is quite hard, if someone is not used to it, will make sleeping a bit painful. - The "high" speed wifi is basically 1Mb/s, that was fast like 30 years ago... - AC is loud because the outside unit is probably poorly mounted or loose screw and balcony glass wall isolation is not doing much work.

The concierge was so friendly even though she didn't speak any English. Room was build from an old building but everthing was clean and well function.
